Overview

Thank you for purchasing our digital products. Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase.

All products sold through our store are digital products delivered electronically. After completing your purchase, you will receive an email containing a link or attachment that allows you to download the purchased PDF file.

Because these products are delivered instantly and cannot be returned, our refund policy differs from policies for physical products.

Digital Product Delivery

Once your payment is successfully processed, the purchased product will be delivered to the email address you provided at checkout. In most cases, the download link or file will be sent immediately.

It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the correct email address is entered during checkout. If you do not receive your file, please check your spam or junk folder before contacting support.

No Returns on Digital Products

Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final once the file has been delivered.

Since digital files cannot be physically returned and can be stored or copied after download, we generally do not offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations after a purchase has been completed.

By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree that you lose the right to cancel the order once the digital product has been delivered.

Exceptions

Refunds may be considered only under the following circumstances:

  • You were charged more than once for the same product.

  • You did not receive the download link or file due to a technical issue on our side.

  • The file is corrupted or cannot be opened properly.

If one of these situations occurs, please contact us and we will investigate the issue and provide a replacement file or refund if necessary.
